and Delivery Process
Once you have placed your order (by phone or email), I will
confirm and begin processing the order. I'll do my very best to
send your order as soon as it is received, and it should arrive
within seven (7) business days of order confirmation. If there
is a delay in processing your order (due to my show schedule or
a need to order supplies), I will contact you as soon as
possible.

Checks
and money orders are also accepted. Orders paid by check
will be completed once the check is processed. |
Shipping
Charges
Firenza will charge a flat $5.00 shipping charge per order
(within the U.S.) regardless of the amount ordered. I would be
happy to gift wrap your purchase and include a gift card at an
additional charge of $2.00. You may also include a personal
message to be included on the gift card. Just email
me with the information!
Gift
Certificates
If you can't make up your mind and would like to give that
choice to the recipient of your gift, just email me. I'll issue
you a gift certificate! Firenza gift certificates are available in
any amount.

Jewelry
I try to make a variety of designs, but if you see a design
that you would like in a different color, please contact me. Many
times, I am able to honor these requests. If you need jewelry for
a special occasion, I'll be happy to work with you to fit your
style, color, and event.
